We know the heart of the party is always the kitchen, so we have purposefully built in all the equipment you’ll need including a dedicated drinks fridge and cooled water fountain. On the southern side of the top deck is a dedicated barbeque area shaded by a pergola, feel free to feed your guests with the stone oven and charcoal grill.
Parking:
To the side of the villa is a covered car port suitable for three smaller cars or two large. There is a vacant plot adjacent at the rear of the villa, parking for a further 3-4 cars is possible there. Villa Balchik is accessible all year round via asphalt road to the property.
Cleaning:
Pool cleaning will be every third day and linen changes twice per week included within our rates. If you require additional cleaning service during your stay, let us know and we will make it happen.
Internet:
Broadband is installed with strong coverage throughout the property.
Supermarkets:
Local shops are available just below the villa on the main road, otherwise there is a new Lidl in Balchik not more than a 6 minute drive away.
